Rotary District 5580 is an organization of officers, committees, programs and activities intended to support the operations of the clubs within its area. It includes Rotary clubs in portions of MN, WI, Ontario, and all of ND. It is the District’s role to assist in strengthening each club and their ability to make a positive difference in their communities and in the world by:
- Empowering engaged Rotarians in service to each other and to their communities
- Fostering unity among member clubs
- Strengthening and expanding Rotary around the District
- Communicating the work of Rotary district-wide
- Providing a system of inspiring and effective administration
