Harbortown Junior Rotarian and Charity Johnson's Junior Rotarian mentee, Michon Harju, asked Charity earlier this year to be her grant mentor for a grant request submitted to the Ann Bancroft Foundation. Michon and Charity found out last week that Michon was awarded a $1,000 grant that she will use toward flight lessons this summer and continuing her pursuit to become a military pilot! Congratulations, Michon! We are so proud of your achievement!
