Dream Career and Why: My dream career is to be a public relations or social media manager for a company that I’m passionate about. PR and advertising allow creativity as well as problem solving. In a communications career, it’s important to recognize who your audience is and what the best ways to appeal to them is, which would challenge me. If I worked for a company that I was really interested in, it would make my job even better because my whole heart would be in it.

The song that sums up your high school experience: Idle Town - Conan Gray

Natalie experienced some amazing transformations in who she is as a person and attributed much of that change to a special teacher at William Kelley:

“My 6th grade teacher, Mr. Rick Frericks had the most impact on me in school. He encouraged individuality in all of his students and inspired me to be myself. He once said this to my class: “I won’t treat you all equally because you’re not equal.” He told us he would treat us all differently and teach us all differently because we weren’t all the same. My class was the closest it’s ever been in that year. He brought us all together while also recognizing our differences. He gave us the tools we needed to go into high school and not get caught up in cliques and popularity contests. He saw every single person in my class individually. If I hadn’t been in his class, it would’ve been far more difficult for me to break out of my shell. I still think of his class now, six years later. As long as I’m happy with who I am and how I treat others, that’s enough.”
