José Velasquez from Mano a Mano recently notified Harbortown Rotary that Bolivia's San Rafael Health Center is nearing completion! The construction experienced delays due to the intense rains in the area, but it will be finished by July 10th! The final construction steps include allowing two weeks for the plaster walls to completely dry before a fresh coat of paint is applied.
